  • Domestic Shipping Only: At this time, we only ship within the United States.

  • Shipping Times: Standard shipping typically takes 5–7 business days.

  • Shipping Costs: Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your location and the size of your order.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

At Spheremoji, we take pride in delivering high-quality plush toys designed to bring joy to your day. Please review our policy below regarding returns and exchanges:


Due to the nature of plush toys and for sanitary reasons, we are unable to accept returns. This ensures the health and safety of all our customers by guaranteeing that every Spheremoji plush you receive is brand new and untouched.

Damaged or Defective Items:

  • If your product arrives damaged or defective, we want to make it right!

  • Please contact us at Gina@Spheremoji.com within 7 days of receiving your order. Provide your order number, a description of the issue, and photos of the damaged item.

  • Once we review your case, we’ll offer a resolution, which may include a replacement or refund.

Exchanges:

  • We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you experience an issue with your order, please contact us, and we’ll do our best to assist.
